At Eagle Creek, we stand behind the durability of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We strive to make the return process as seamless as your next adventure through our easy-to-use online portal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; be sure to obtain a receipt for your records to track the return status.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
